At Southfield Esquire Mentoring Program Inc., we believe in preparing our members for the real world. We help young men understand the balance between sacrifice and fun. We help them understand that great results come from great belief, discipline, and work ethic. We don’t focus on appealing to theatrical fantasies.

The reality is our team of advisors and the executive board consists of individuals who possess a vast amount of knowledge, experience, and skills, which will be shared with those families committed to the program and put in serious time, energy, and effort.

It is also a reality that not every young man that joins our program will turn into a Rhodes Scholar. There are factors that we can control and there are factors outside of our control. That’s just the nature of life. The values and experiences that our young men will gain along the way will be more important as they venture through life.
